About Our Beef:
Grass finishing is a process that starts long before the beef gets to your plate and it can’t be rushed. Brian has the knowledge and experience to turn well managed, healthy soil into delicious, healthy food. Animals are chosen for our grass fed customers only if they have met the criteria for Organic Certification, are growing well on the grass forages provided for them and transition to the finishing stages when our grass fed customer orders are being scheduled.

The flavour, texture and overall eating experience of grass fed beef is such that once people have tried it, it is the only beef they’ll eat. There are several resources available with recommendations on how to cook grass fed beef. Our simple method is just that… keep it simple, excessive seasoning is not necessary and keep the heat low and slow to maintain juiciness.

How To Order:

Responsible Food Production is The Key

The Regenerative Ag movement has given agriculture a chance to demonstrate its potential as a force for addressing climate change and preserving the planet for future generations. It was lost for a few generations while Industrial Agriculture proved to be both inadequate and devastating to both human health and nature. But many regenerative methods are back and better than ever with a true and clear understanding of why our ancestors used many of these practices for thousands of years before us.
