Pressed for time?  Eggs can be the answer.  Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, eggs make a nutritious base for any meal that can be prepared in a jiffy.  Our chickens are fed organic grain and are free ranged in spring, summer and fall so they can feel the wind in their feathers and the sun on their beaks!  Research has shown that eggs from hens that go outside have higher Vitamin D and Vitamin A content in their eggs.
