From salads to omelets, microgreens add flavour and nutrition to any meal.  We have many varieties to suit all taste buds.   For those who like spicy flavours try our Spicy Mix or Wasabi Mustard (yes, it does taste like wasabi!)  For those with more tender palates, we have a wide variety of milder microgreens in many flavours.

Microgreens pack a nutritional punch.  All the nutrition that is stored in the seed is transferred to the young plant which is harvested after 8-10 days of growth.  For example, broccoli microgreens are high in sulforaphane, which helps with chronic inflammation and even has cancer prevention benefits.  Each type of microgreens contribute unique benefits to your healthy meal plan.
